There has been a change in the Septic Pump Out Program notice process. New software allows notices to be specific to each property.
Septic Pump Out Program notices will be mailed out in April 2023. Typically, the first notices are mailed in January; however, the Community Development Department has switched to a new software program which caused a delay in generating the notices. With the new software, pump out notices can now be specific to each property. When you receive your notice by mail, it will indicate the exact date that your 5 year pump out requirement will expire. Please have your system pumped or inspected on or before that date and return the compliance form to the Community Development Department at 10459 Courthouse Drive, Suite 104.
