Are you decorating your home for Halloween this year? Share your spooktacular ghosts, goblins, and ghouls with your community by entering the county’s contest!
All entries are due by Friday, Oct. 18, at 4:30 p.m. Staff will visit each entry to determine the finalists who will then be posted to the county’s Facebook page (@KGVAGov) where the public will vote for a winner between Friday, Oct. 25 and noon on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The winner will be announced on Halloween, Thursday, Oct. 31.
All submissions will be included in a map for others to visit on a self-guided tour from the comfort of their own vehicles. The map will be updated as applications are received and can be found at kinggeorgecountyva.gov/spookykgmap. Submissions may choose to opt out of having their home included in the map and having their address shared with the public.
