Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance Overhaul

King George County is updating its Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance – the document that regulates land use and development within County limits. The County’s goal is to develop a      user-friendly ordinance; encourage quality development; and provide ample opportunities for housing diversity and business development.
