    Commitment to Offering Positions:

    • Our organization is committed to offering at least one (1) genuine employment or internship opportunity for teens during or as a result of this fair
    • We understand this is NOT an informational-only event, and we are expected to actively recruit and consider teen applicants
    • We will have job descriptions, application processes, and hiring timelines ready to share with interested students
    • If circumstances change and we can no longer offer positions, we will notify the event coordinator immediately to withdraw from the fair

    Compliance & Standards:

    • Our organization complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws regarding teen employment, including Virginia child labor laws
    • We will provide a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for teen workers
    • We understand that minors aged 14-17 may require work permits in Virginia and will comply with this requirement
    • We will clearly communicate age requirements, job expectations, and compensation to interested applicants
    • The information provided in this registration is accurate and current

    Event Participation:

    • We agree to arrive at the scheduled time and remain for the duration of the fair
    • Our representatives will conduct themselves professionally and treat all students with respect
    • We will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected class
    • We understand that booth space is limited and will notify the event coordinator if we need to cancel (minimum 1 week notice requested)

    Liability Release:

    • We release and hold harmless King George County, King George County Schools, King George Parks & Recreation, event organizers, volunteers, and venue owners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from our participation in this event
    • We assume full responsibility for the conduct of our representatives during the event
    • We acknowledge that the event organizers do not guarantee the quality or qualifications of student applicants
    • Any hiring decisions and employment relationships are solely between our organization and the applicant

    Data Privacy:

    • We will handle any student information (resumes, applications, contact details) in accordance with applicable privacy laws
    • We will not share or sell student contact information to third parties
    • We will use student information solely for employment-related purposes
